About this project
The February 2023 earthquake destroyed whole streets in Sarmada, and twelve families on this one were living in tents beside the rubble of their homes. The twelve houses were rebuilt to seismic code, from foundations to keys, and every stage was proved with original photographs, video and signed inspections before a euro moved.

What has to be proved before each tranche moves
Anyone may assert a stage's outcome against a bond. For an hour anyone may dispute it with a matching bond, or any donor may flag it for free; a dispute goes to a sealed vote of stakers. Then the contract pays the EDE or refunds the donors.
Original, unedited photographs of the poured foundations with camera metadata and GPS at the plots, the concrete delivery notes, and a structural engineer's pre-pour inspection of the reinforcement.

Resolves PASSED if ALL hold: (a) at least one photograph per house is an original camera capture, EXIF make, model and capture time present, GPS within 200 m of the site registered in this claim, and no embedded provenance record (C2PA manifest or IPTC digital source type) declaring the image AI-generated or composited. A photograph failing this is not evidence; (b) concrete delivery notes total at least 140 m3; (c) a structural engineer registered with the local engineers' syndicate signs a pre-pour inspection of the reinforcement. Source of truth: the photographs, the delivery notes and the inspection anchored in this stage's evidence bundle. Anything else resolves FAILED.
